FatCow is the best hosting company, ever!
I have simply had the greatest experience with FatCow. My site is always live and loads at fast speeds. Anytime I contact customer support, I get a response within an hour, sometimes even minutes.
They are always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Best of all, they don't make you feel dumb just because you don't have any technical web hosting knowledge. It also doesn't hurt that they are nice to my wallet as well. :)
Just as an example, my credit card was blocked and my domain renewal couldn’t go through. I didn’t realize what the problem was until I called FatCow support. The agent explained the situation, walked me through credit card info update and was on the phone with me until I got conformation that my domain got renewed. This kind of support I would like to get from every service provider.
